Claiming on your policy

Claims can be submitted at any time, either while you are still travelling or once you have returned home at the conclusion of the trip.

Claims are generally settled within 10 business days of lodging a completed claim form and all necessary supporting documentation. It should be noted that where information submitted is incomplete or supporting documentation is missing there may be delays in processing and settling your claim. If any additional information is required to process your claim, you will be contacted within 10 business days.

Lodge a claim online

In order to submit a claim online, you will need your policy number as well as documents and/or receipts to support the claim. Where you do not have all the information required to complete the process, you will be able to save your progress and return to submit the claim at a later date.

  • To submit a claim online, please click through using the below link and register as a user
  • Click on the link to create a new claim, select what you are claiming for, and click continue
  • Follow the process to enter information about your policy and the events leading to the claim

Once submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming lodgement and providing your claim number. This number should be quoted if you need provide additional information or speak to the claims department.
