Claiming on your policy
Claims can be submitted at any time, either while you are still travelling or once you have returned home at the conclusion of the trip.
Claims are generally settled within 10 business days of lodging a completed claim form and all necessary supporting documentation. It should be noted that where information submitted is incomplete or supporting documentation is missing there may be delays in processing and settling your claim. If any additional information is required to process your claim, you will be contacted within 10 business days.
