QBE Inbound Travel Insurance provides travel insurance for non-residents of Australia who are travelling to Australia. Cover is available to travellers under the age of 70 at the time the Certificate of Insurance is issued, and for a maximum period visiting Australia of up to 12 months. The policy is only available if your trip includes travel within Australia, and is not available to only cover your return to your normal country of residence. The QBE Inbound Travel Plan was previously known as Toursafe Non-Resident Travel Insurance.

The QBE Inbound Travel Plan provides cover and benefits up to a set limit for non-residents of Australia, including insurance cover for emergency travel arrangements and accommodation expenses, medical expenses and repatriation, luggage, and personal liability. Australian travel
When issued before arriving in Australia, QBE non-resident travel insurance will cover travel to and within Australia, and your return to your normal country of residence. If issued after arriving in Australia, the policy will cover travel within Australia and your return trip. QBE non-resident travel insurance policies issued more than 7 days after arrival into Australia have a 28 day waiting period for all medical related claims. |
